About the products

What does "research use only" mean?

It means the compounds we sell are supplied for laboratory research conducted by qualified individuals, and for nothing else. They are not drugs, foods, supplements, or medical devices. They are not for human or animal use, consumption, or administration by any route, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Nothing we offer has been evaluated or approved by the FDA for any use. Purchasing from this site requires you to attest that your intended use is laboratory research — that attestation is a condition of every sale, and it is set out in full in our Terms of Use.

Are these products sterile or pharmaceutical grade?

No. Our compounds are research chemicals. They are not manufactured under pharmaceutical conditions, are not sterile, and carry no representation of suitability for any use other than controlled in-vitro research.

Do you provide dosing, reconstitution, or protocol guidance?

No. We do not provide dosing, reconstitution, preparation, or protocol information, and our staff is not permitted to do so under any circumstances. We also make no claims about what any compound does — we publish analytical data, meaning identity, purity, method, and lot, and nothing beyond it. Experimental design is the responsibility of the qualified researcher. We can answer questions about product identity, lot numbers, purity results, and order logistics.

Buying

Who is allowed to buy, and why must I confirm before entering?

Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age, legally able to enter a contract, and technically qualified to handle research compounds safely — either as a researcher or as an authorized purchasing agent for a laboratory, institution, or company engaged in lawful research. The confirmation shown before the catalog records that you meet those requirements before you can view or purchase products. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

What payment methods do you accept?

PAYMENT METHODS — client to confirm. Payment is processed by PAYMENT PROCESSOR; we never store full card numbers. Available methods are shown at checkout.

Do you offer wholesale or institutional pricing?

Yes — for laboratories, institutions, and volume purchasers. Write to WHOLESALE EMAIL with the compounds and quantities you need and the entity that will receive them. We will respond with pricing, lead times, and any procurement documentation your institution requires, including quotes and tax forms. MINIMUM ORDER / TIER STRUCTURE — client to specify.

Testing and certificates

Is every batch tested?

Yes. Every lot is analyzed by an independent third-party laboratory — LAB NAME — before release, with purity determined by HPLC METHOD. We do not grade our own material in house, and we do not release a lot that fails to meet our 99% specification.

How do I find the certificate for the vial I received?

Read the lot number from the vial label or packing slip, then enter it at COA LIBRARY URL. The certificate returned is specific to that lot and dated to that production run — not a generic document for the product line. When a lot sells through, a new certificate is published alongside the replacement lot, and retired lots stay in the library so past purchases remain verifiable. Full detail is in our COA Policy.

Shipping and receiving

When will my order ship, and is shipping free?

Orders cleared before 12:00 PM ET on a business day dispatch the same day; later orders go out the next business day. Tracking is emailed when the label is generated. Standard shipping is free on orders over $300; expedited services are charged at checkout on all orders. Carriers and transit estimates are listed in the Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

No — we ship within the United States only. Client to confirm.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product names on the exterior label.

My gel packs arrived warm — is the product ruined?

Not necessarily. Lyophilized research compounds are stable at ambient temperature for normal transit times, and gel packs are a precaution rather than a requirement. Thawed gel packs alone are not an indication of a problem. If a vial itself arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us within 7 days.

After delivery

How should material be stored?

General laboratory practice for lyophilized peptide material is storage in the original sealed vial, protected from light and moisture, at STORAGE CONDITION — client and lab to confirm, e.g. -20°C for long-term storage. Storage, handling, and disposal after delivery are the responsibility of the receiving laboratory, and our certificates describe the material as analyzed, not as later handled. We do not provide handling instructions beyond general storage conditions.

Can I return an order?

No. Once an order has been dispatched, the sale is final — we cannot verify how material was transported or stored once it leaves our custody, so it can never re-enter inventory. You may cancel at no cost any time before dispatch. See the Refund & Replacement Policy.

Something is wrong with my order — what do I do?

Email SUPPORT EMAIL with your order number in the subject line and photographs of the outer box, the packing slip, and the affected items. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Orders that arrive damaged, incomplete, or incorrect are replaced at our expense when reported within 7 days, and we review complete claims within 2 business days.
